Can I buy a Gift Card? 
  • Yes, we do offer Gift Cards. You may purchase one here.

 

What payment methods are available?
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal & Pink & Sweet Gift Cards. 

 

How dose taxes and duties work?
  • We charge tax at check out. There may be additional duties, fees or taxes raised by the authorities in your country. You may be charged for it when receiving the order.

 

Do you offer free shipping?
  •  Yes! With in USA all orders over $49 offer free shipping. 

 

 Do you ship to a PO Box?
  •  Yes, we do! Only via USPS.

 

How fast will you ship my order?
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours during business days. Please note our wearhouse is closed after 5PM and on weekends. Any orders placed after 5PM and on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Our wearhouse works really hard to get your order out as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us here and in the subject enter "URGANT".
    Please note: if your order has shipped or you have already received a notification that your order is complete along with your order's tracking number, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

 

What if I refuse my order?
  • The customer will be charged 25% restocking fee and all shipping fees. 
  • Any credit will be issued in form of a Gift Card. 

 

How do you ship my order?
  • We ship via USPS. 

 

Do you provide tracking number? 
  • Yes, we provide tracking number for all our orders. You will most likely receive on within 24 hours from your placed order. 

 

What if my package is damaged? 
  • All packages leave our wear house in perfect condition. If your shipment has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery. If possible make sure the driver notes the damage. We ask that you take pictures of the damages and keep the original packaging material for if required for the carrier to inspect.

 

What if an item is defective? 
  • All defective items must be reported by e-mail within 7 days from the receipt of the item.
  • Please email us here to let us know of the issue and start a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Details on how to return your item will be provide it.
  • A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any returns without one.
  • It is costumers responsibility to ship the item back to wearhouse. It must be all in its original packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions eta.
  • We will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge.

 

What is your return policy? 
  • For sanitary reasons, we do not accept used items.
  • All returned items must be in its original sealed packaging.
  • 25% Re-stocking fee applies to each returned Item.
  • Any credit will be issued in form of a Gift Card.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
